A race bike does not come from an assembly line. It is therefore nearly impossible to suggest exact pricing without knowing exactly what you want and what you already have. Please call for your custom bid. 810-588-6729

Spring and summer are obviously our busiest times. Fall and winter work will result in faster turnaround.

We offer all suspension-related services. We are an Ohlins Certified Service Center. We work on almost all brands of shocks and forks (aftermarket and OEM). We have solutions from Race-Tech and rebuild Fox, Penske and some ArvinMeritor shocks.

We also offer almost all machine services for most roadrace and drag applications. All head porting and polishing is done with state-of-the-art, five axis CNC mills, digitized and tested on flow benches. We use Millennium for nickel silicon carbide bores and Falicon for cranks because respectively, they are the best. We charge exactly the same price as if you brought it to them yourself. However, if we’re building the motor you will save money on the combined services. TRS can also supply pistons off the shelf or built to spec., gaskets and OEM parts for all Japanese race bikes.
